Need to make a claim? Your first point of contact for any new claim (or potential claim), is the Stephen Lower claims team. Our dedicated and conscientious Claims Managers will manage every aspect of your claim from notification through to final settlement. The majority of claims are dealt with personally by our own Claims Manager, but for more complex cases and larger loses we will appoint independent Loss Adjusters.
In either case, your Stephen Lower Claims Manager will keep you informed of progress at every step of the way.
In order that we can consider your claim promptly, we need to know about the incident, including photographs of the damage. The basic details that we require are included on the downloadable Claim Form
